Two ingredients of choice
Ready in two minutes, this homemade preparation requires only 2 ingredients that we all have at home: honey (fairly dense) and half a lemon.
Rich in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, lemon is a recurring ingredient in homemade beauty care recipes. The juice is a natural agent that has emollient, scrubbing, toning, firming and anti-wrinkle properties. It is a real ally for the skin. Honey, a real concentrate of virtues, is in the same dynamic, it softens and nourishes the epidermis. It activates the renewal of skin cells for a visible result after a few minutes of application.
Place 6 tablespoons of honey in a bowl and add the juice of half a lemon. Mix together.
Massage your entire body with this preparation, forming small circles. Start preferably with the feet, go up by the calves, the thighs then continue by the bust, the arms, the hands, to finish by the neck and the face. You can leave it on for a few minutes and then go under the warm shower to remove the excess honey.
