Endive Declension: The children’s endive salad!


  • 3 endives
  • 1 heel of white ham
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 block of emmental cheese
  • Walnut (or hazelnut) oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the endives into thin strips. Dice the ham and emmental cheese. Drain the corn.
Make a sauce by mixing 2 spoonfuls of oil with a spoonful of vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve well chilled.
